The Automation and Plant Engineering (APE) Division is newly created to focus on providing stakeholders with the quality products and processing technologies. It includes solutions for instrumentation, automation through sensors, robotics, IoT (internet of things), AI (artificial intelligence) enabled equipment, machineries, and pilot plants for rural industrialization to promote secondary agriculture.स्वचालन एवं संयंत्र अभियांत्रिकी (एपीई) संभाग को हितधारकों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण उत्पाद एवं प्रक्रमण प्रौद्योगिकियां प्रदान करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने हेतु नवसृजित किया गया है। इसमें कृषि उच्चतर प्रसंस्करण को बढ़ावा देने हेतु ग्रामीण औद्योगीकरण के लिए इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन, सेंसर आधारित स्वचालन, रोबोटिक्स, IoT (इंटरनेट ऑफ थिंग्स), AI (कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता) सक्षम उपकरण, मशीनरी तथा पायलट संयंत्रों के समाधान शामिल हैं।

  • Fast and low cost sensor based systems for identification, estimation and quality control of agri-bio-productsकृषि-जैव-उत्पादों की पहचान, आकलन एवं गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण हेतु तेज़ एवं कम लागत वाली सेंसर आधारित प्रणालियां
  • Development of automation and robotic systems for pre and postharvest operationsकटाई-पूर्व एवं कटाई-पश्चात् संक्रियाओं हेतु स्वचालन एवं रोबोटिक प्रणालियों का विकास
  • Development of automation system for integration of quality control with processing plantsप्रक्रमण संयंत्रों के साथ गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण के एकीकरण हेतु स्वचालन प्रणाली का विकास

  • High throughput and low cost systems based on sensor and AIs for identification and estimation of quality and quantity of major agri-bio-products developed by NISAएनआईएसए द्वारा विकसित प्रमुख कृषि-जैव-उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता एवं मात्रा की पहचान एवं आकलन हेतु सेंसर एवं कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता आधारित उच्च उत्पादन क्षमता वाली एवं कम लागत वाली प्रणालियां
  • Development of automation systems for processing operationsप्रक्रमण संक्रियाओं हेतु स्वचालन प्रणालियों का विकास
  • Development of smart packaging, storage to ensure loss reduction, quality and traceabilityक्षति में कमी, गुणवत्ता एवं अनुश्रव्यता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु स्मार्ट पैकेजिंग, भंडारण का विकास
